Alfredo Massa, MD
Provider/Founder
My education and very close experiences with mental health and addiction(s) in people close to me, have helped me understand better what you might be going through.
After finishing Medical School, I trained to be a Psychiatrist in New York and then completed an advanced fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine. I hold board certifications in both, General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry and have been practicing for 15 years.
Building a trusting relationship with your provider can help move you forward and increase your quality of life. It is easier said than done, but the more you try the more successful you will be. I am happy to partner with you.
Nicole Peluso, PMHNP-BC

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I began working with adults with mental health conditions in long term care settings for a number of years. I went on to obtain my Masters in Nursing, and finally a Doctoral degree from the University of Minnesota.
I have remained involved in academia, as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Iowa, as well as working with the University of Minnesota with ongoing training of their students.
Having worked in the field of psychiatry for over 10 years, and in a number of roles, it gave me a unique understanding of the ways in which mental health and addiction intersect to impact one’s wellbeing. My approach has always been one of collaboration and I will be your ally in helping you achieve your goals.
Daniela Vasconcelos
Patient Care Coordinator
With a passion for helping others, ensuring they receive the mental health and addiction care they need, Daniela comes to IntegroRecovery Clinic with a wealth of history in customer service and coordinator roles to assist in the care of our amazing patients.
She leads the patient experience, providing smooth scheduling, care, and ongoing support to the patients and entire IntegroRecovery Team.
