Provider, Founder, MD

My education and very close experiences with mental health and addiction(s) in people close to me, have helped me understand better what you might be going through.

After finishing Medical School, I trained to be a Psychiatrist in New York and then completed an advanced fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine. I hold board certifications in both, General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry and have been practicing for 15 years.

Building a trusting relationship with your provider can help move you forward and increase your quality of life. It is easier said than done, but the more you try the more successful you will be. I am happy to partner with you.

Provider, Co-Founder, Nurse Practitioner

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I began working with adults with mental health conditions in long term care settings for a number of years. I went on to obtain my Masters in Nursing, and finally a Doctoral degree from the University of Minnesota.

I have remained involved in academia, as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Iowa, as well as working with the University of Minnesota with ongoing training of their students.

Having worked in the field of psychiatry for over 10 years, and in a number of roles, it gave me a unique understanding of the ways in which mental health and addiction intersect to impact one’s wellbeing. My approach has always been one of collaboration and I will be your ally in helping you achieve your goals. 

Provider, Nurse Practitioner

I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health nurse pracitioner with 10 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to adult populations in various mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma related concerns, mood disorder and significant life stressors. 

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing openly. I work closely with each individual to develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, education and therapeutic support.

I am deeply committed to holistic and evidence based care, recognizing the important connection between mental, emotional and physical health. As a lifelong learning, I value staying current with best practices in psychiatric care to ensure patients receive high quality, ethical and culturally responsive treatment.

Above all, my goal is to empower individuals to better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward a sense of balance, confidence, and well being in their lives.

Note: I am only accepting self-pay patients at this time.

IntegroRecovery Clinic opened it’s doors in Spring of 2023, bringing decades of experience and recovery options to local communities around the Twin Cities Metro Area, such as Edina, Wayzata, St. Louis Park, Minneapolis, St. Paul and more.
