Q: What are your fees?

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: We accept some health insurance plans including United Healthcare, UMR, Surest, Medica, Preferred One, Aetna, and First Health. We also accept credit/debit card for private pay and can supply a superbill/reciept
if needed.
Q: Why don’t you take ALL insurance?
Taking insurance is very complicated for a small independent practice, although we are looking at all insurances, some just take more time than others!
Q: Will my insurance pay for visits with you?
We recommend contacting your health insurance company/plan for an individual, specific answer.
Q: How often do I need to see you?
This will depend largely on a few factors, such as, if you are new to IntegroRecovery Clinic, what you are being seen and treated for, and severity of condition.
Q: Do you prescribe Suboxone?
Yes, both of our providers provide suboxone at IntegroRecovery Clinic.
Q: Do you prescribe other anti-craving medications?
Yes, both providers work with a number of medications, and it will depend on your diagnosis and care plan.
Q: Do you treat mental health problems like depression and anxiety?
Yes, we treat most mental health conditions. We primarily treat using medication management and psychotherapy.
Q: Do you prescribe benzodiazepines and stimulants?
Depending on your needs, we may provide controlled substances. In the event we do, you will need to sign a controlled substances agreement.
Q: Do you treat chronic pain?
Yes, but only if you also have a history of addiction.
Q: Do you certify patients for medical cannabis?
No, we do not.
Q: Do you treat patients with Ketamine?
No, neither provider prescribes or treats with Ketamine.
Q: Do you charge a fee for cancelled appointments?

Q: Do you ever discharge patients from your clinic?
In rare and unique situations patients may be discharged from the practice and referred to another level of care. For more, visit the Clinic Policy page.
Q: Where do I start if i’m a new patient?
If you are a new patient who has never used IntegroRecovery Clinic click the button below. There you will set up a profile, choose a provider, and schedule your first appointment/visit.
